Eating this straight out of the can is challenging, it’s sort of like what I imagine compressed cardboard would be like. It does help if you constantly need to bump up your protein and are sick of chicken.

Tinned salmon or Tuna are my go to lunch. I grate some onion into it and few herbs. Makes it taste less like cardboard.

Thanks for the tip, it definitely needs something, on the plus side you get a jaw workout chomping through it. 😂🤣😂
