Realizing I need to reel in my sweet tooth and focus more on fresh fruit than dried. Shredded wheat & bran with chopped apple, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, yogurt and kefir. It's just been too quick and easy to dump chopped dates on it

Fresh fruit is what my doctor recommends. I like fried fruit too though.

Fresh fruit is what's typically recommended. Mostly, from my understanding, is because dried fruit is so concentrated, it's easy to overeat. You can go through 120 calories of raisins a lot, lot easier than 120 calories worth of grapes
