Once again, medical and prescription changes brought weight back up to 229lbs over the past year. Blood Pressure went up as well. Have been through many changes, and peeled back many layers of the onion. Finally feel I'm getting control of my body after almost 3 years of spiraling out of control. I think 2016 will prove to be my most successful year!! Can't wait to see!!
