Huh. In my daily nerding out, I ran across Dr. Lisa Weideman @CarnivoreDoctor, who just tripped a light in my head with the concept of Repetitive Meal Method (RMM). Simply, it is eating the same thing at every meal. Create a meal with the macros you want to hit daily. Make it a meal that is good, but not so good that you can't stop eating it. ;)) Sober eating. Dr. Ken Berry suggests the concept of "BBBE", which is: Beef, Butter, Bacon & Eggs. Kelly Hogan does something similar without naming it. The Ketogenic Woman and Dr. Boz use sardines for a sardine fast. Dr. Weideman has an interesting recipe that I'm interested in trying using sardine, salmon, tuna, egg, and chicken salad.

Here's the recipe:
1 tin Sardines
1 can of Salmon
1 can of Tuna
8 Tbsp (112 g) Butter
5 Soft Boiled Eggs
1/3 Cup Mustard
½ Cup Bacon Bits
1/3 Cup chopped gherkin pickles with added juice (optional)
2 Large Cans of Kirkland Chicken

Directions:
Mix all of those in food processor and then in a bowl hand mix into 2 large cans of Chicken Breast.

60/40 Fat to Protein Macro

Nutrition for 1 serving, 1,232g
Fat: 144g
Carbs: 3g
Protein: 219g
Calories: 2,230

If you want to increase your fat intake, then remove the can of tuna and add more butter.

If you are serious about dropping weight, RMM, might be a good strategy to use. I'm seriously considering adopting this strategy, since I'm in a stall. Who knows? I don't mind being a guinnea pig, if it leads to better health.

there are many people here that have found success , including myself that eat a lot of the same boring foods most days. as far as the other stuff my suggestion would be find a wya of wtaijg that you can do the rest of your life, not just for a short amount of time. whatever that ends up being only you can decide. good luck 👍

I usually eat the same boring food. Steak or burger. I only just started adding a few keto sauces. That's really just a treat for me. You will find that most of us feel much better with beef. Dr boz and her gross sardines 🤣 you can have them. I have tuna but i get it in water. Then, I'll add fat if I want. Love ketogenic woman. She's solid. Figure out what you FEEL best eating. Really, do keep it simple. That saved me! Air fryer and meat. Bam!

ObeseToBeast123 thank you. That's what I'm trying to do, but I feel like I'm a sponge with the fire hydrant turned on! Notes are one of the ways I try to sort thru what I'm learning while I experiment and getting feedback from people with experience and success is invaluable to me. It all goes in the noggin.
