7 x hiit this week, 2 x tennis, 1 x yoga. Will try and fit one more yoga in today too. diet OK, very little snacking. Still need to up my water intake too which I know I can do. lost 8 lb since starting back which I'm chuffed with. Still a way to go as I'd let myself go so badly but glad I've started to make the positive changes I need to achieve a healthier me
