Yesterday i just had to weigh myself in the afternoon, I had just got back from the sports centre where I had done an hours body balance, followed by a sauna and a cold shower, as I also cycle there and back I can add 40 minutes road biking to that, - I know - because of the sauna it was mostly sweat, but I got under 64 kilos so I just had to see it on the scales, THAT felt good, it was inspiring, today i rest, tomorrow i train again.
