Just found this, will be a good supplement to my "accountability" blog.
Felt incredible today! Week 7 of Keto O/S (stuff is amazing) and learning/migrating more towards a ketogenic diet...still not ready to kick the veggies and fruit.
My workout was the strongest one that I've had in awhile and I think the rest helped. Sleeping has gotten better with at least 8 hours for the past 4 nights.
Not quite ready for the next set of progress pics, but soon. Very soon.
