Did good eating yesterday. Stuck to my meal plan, and went to bed satisfied. Didn't get as much water in as I would have liked, but there's always today!
2nd day at the gym this week--circuit training, bike and walked the track. Got in 35 minutes this morning, and actually worked up a sweat! This is a sign I really worked out because I don't sweat easily. Had a good breakfast, then failed at lunch. Arby's fish sandwich was a siren calling to me, and unfortunately I listened. :( Will jump back on the wagon though. Planning a nice big orange for snack, and might have salad for supper. Was planning chicken tortilla soup for supper, but think I'll reschedule to tomorrow when I have more calories available. Will have to calculate calories for my soup and see where it would put me.
Doing better with my water intake today. One day, one step at a time. Need to set up some mini goals. My mom told me her first mini goal is below 200 she gets a pedicure. I know my first minigoal is below 200 I'm getting a perm. Beyond that, will have to think about it.
