Went down four pounds and gained two back in the last two days. This is six weeks on semaglutide, not even down ten pounds and I still have zero effects from it. I'm still giving it a go for three months but so far I'm hugely disappointed. I can lose ten pounds in less than three weeks when I'm able to work out 😑

How much are you on and did it curb your appetite? Have you cut back on your food? It's only an aid. It won't lose the weight for you. It only helps you curb your appetite.

I take an anti-nausea medicine and felt like I was starving on it for years. Recently, I discovered that I'm incredibly thirsty on it, a side effect is thirst. A side effect of semiglutide is thirst, too.

20 right now. It hasn't affected my appetite at all but overeating or eating the wrong foods was never a problem for me. I decided to try it anyway because of how it changes the way your body processes food. I've been drinking almost a gallon of water a day for years so I haven't noticed any dehydration but I was warned about that beforehand.
