Happy Monday FS family ❤️ I'm doing excellent since my hip surgery two months ago, I am back to full workouts. Very little pain, I can lift my legs high where I couldn't before. Feeling 💯% better. Today is my birthday, hubby will make me dinner and have 🎂. so no logging today, everyone have a great day 😊
