I am wondering how many diabetics use this app? That is why I keep track of my food intake. I am trying to control my blood sugar by diet and get off the meds. It is helping a lot. I went from 8.7 to 6.5! But I cannot seem to get consistent morning readings. Not sure how to get that to settle into a good number. I think it is affected by my activity. Do I measure before I get out of bed? Does anyone know any tips or tricks?

that's actually pretty good! congrats! I'm pre-diabetic and I didn't exercise for a few weeks and I noticed my sugar levels weren't as consistent as when I was exercising.

Anyone on a journey to lower blood sugar needs to check out the glucose goddess on YouTube. Amazing how good I feel. My blood sugar has come down and stabilized. I have energy and no longer falling asleep all the time. Not to mention I lost weight which I was not even trying to do. I mention this to help people, for no other reason. No need to buy her books. Just listen to her interviews from many different folks. She tells her 10 hacks that really help. I am a fan for life.

If you are diabetic you know your limitations. But the hacks helped me tremendously.
