Just being nosy? What kind of diet are you doing to lose weight? Or health plan if you want to call it that. Counting calories, carbs, fasting…? Just curious how it is going for you? I grew up counting calories and it has led to a lot of weight loss, countless binges, and weight gain. I have recently started doing low carb, it seems to be going okay, I am losing weight, which is shocking because I feel like I am eating a ton of food. So I feel like soemthing must be wrong, how can I eat

What works for me is eliminating unhealthy foods, intermittent fasting, eating lots of vegetables and fruits, salmon, turkey, and chicken. I drink green tea. The pounds started to come off the most when I exercise at least 5 times a week. When I need to lose weight faster I exercise twice a day. I drink a lot of water. Hope this helps 🩷

Laineandthedog98, I know it sounds weird but I am usually in bed around 7pm or 8pm and I don't sleep well most often I sleep 4-6hrs and 6hrs are on a good night, and I'm up and down 👇 using the restroom during this time so since I usually fast from 12pm-1pm I wake up hungry and instead of eating dinner or lunch foods, I choose to start my night with breakfast and it almost always consists of 3sausage patties,2eggs,and piece of toast and then a apple it's alot of food but it keeps me full until 8-9am somedays I just wait until about 10-11am before we fix dinner unless we are busy and even then I try not to eat after 1pm because no matter what I will wake up anywhere between 1am-3am.last week I was stay up until 9pm and then woke up at 3am one night went to bed at midnight and was up at 4am, I'm going thru menopause too so sleep crazy along with the hormones but as long as I'm asleep by 7pm -8pm then I get 4-6hours sleep and that's better than I was having,my knee has so much arthritis in it that I wake up in throbbing and burning pain at night so I try to do as well as I can, but I do get off track sometimes especially if we are out of breakfast foods I eat then I eat worse foods, I'm still working on getting other issues under control though...Thanks for following me and your support and encouragement I appreciate it...
