Guess what. Even if you have regained, being self-aware like you are, and having lost weight in the past, means you have learned lesson. Even if you have gained weight, do you have habits that will help you get into a deficit in the future—any good habits, even just one habit at least, whether your overall lifestyle is healthy or not?
Even if you think you have zero good habits, I’m sure you have some. Just ask someone else, who knows you well enough to know exactly what you do and eat lol.
