Yesterday's weight, and the weight I enter today, is my weight on the scale at the gym, fully clothed with shoes on. For whatever reason, I can't remember to weigh before I get dressed in the mornings, so I decided to use the gym weight. Did really good yesterday. The gym has added a circuit training section since the last time I was a member and I really like it! I spend 15-20 minutes on the circuit, then walk the track til time to get ready. This really works for me. Today makes my third day in a row at the gym. Determined to make this s habit and have a significant drop in weight by this time next year!
