just food for thought! I've had stomach pains for years now and lately I had a blood clot in my leg pretty scary stuff. that was a few weeks ago. I also had blood work done and my results came back that I wasn't getting the right nutrients from my food! Impossible I said I've been eating the best in my life. My doctor said to try this. 1. drink water a half hour before you eat. 2. After your meal wait one full hour to drink again. I took his advice and went back for another blood test. To my amazement my body got the all the nutrients from my food. 3. Bottom line was by drinking while eating my food was being diluted, no matter how nutritional my meal was. Take Away: at first I found it almost impossible to not drink while eating, but I'm doing it every day now and thriving 🥳

good to know. 🤔 I grew up with a tall glass of water at the dinner table (no wonder we're all fat, lol) which I don't necessarily do now but still I quite often have a beverage of some sort around. I'm gonna start implementing this technique n see if I feel any different. thanks for sharing.

Boy that’s just crazy, but kinda logical at the same time. Who’d have thought water could dilute the nutrients in our food if consumes simultaneously. Thank you for the valuable info. Bless you that you found that blood clot when you did!! Let’s pray that is your first and last one ever!! 🙏🏻🌹

Doctor told me that when you drink any kind of liquids be it wine, coffee, juice, 💦 water that it diluted your stomach acid and with low acid amounts it's not enough to break down your food and that food moves on... Into the small intestine and ferments, give off gases.
Bottom Take Away: Most people THINK by getting gaz and burping after a meal or acid reflux that they have too much acid in fact they don't have enough! Can you believe that!!! What to do to get more acid: 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar in a small bit of water
2. Fermented sauerkraut or pickles or lemon juice (fresh)

Funny I started doing this (1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water first thing every morning), after I read about a study where people lost 16 lbs in 3 m, only doing this and not changing their diet. Won’t hurt. Worth a try.
