Only 1,800 calories on your worst day, not even the norm? That’s a lot of people’s GOAL lol! Well…except that day stinks in terms of nutrition, probably, and would kill your metabolism, and lead to bad sleep, because of the poor nutrition/late eating if you did it more than very rarely…XD
