So, end of week 1 of the 21-Day Fix. I admit the diet kind of fell apart over the weekend, with the addition of junk food & too much eating out. In fact, I struggled to get today's yoga workout done - apparently yoga is harder to do on a full stomach, who knew. Oh well, tomorrow's another day. Week 2 starts tomorrow!

I take yoga at least twice a week and never eat before. Just water. Morning classes of course 😉

And I followed the cookbook well I’m not sure if that came with that or the hammer and chisel but for junk food I made over night oats and quinoa parfaits. Whatever fit in the cups. 😂
