Time to restart! I had a joint injury and I could not exercise since March. I've put on about 14 Kgs. My injury is not yet healed, so I have to lose weight without moving that much. Well I can walk, stand but I am not allowed to run, x-country ski or swim for the time being. My plan is mentain Atkins ignition phase until I get below 90 Kgs. After that I'll figure out what to do, but it means to lose roughly 2Kg/Week in the coming 8 weeks. Difficult - yes, impossible - not. I did it before, I did it last year and other times as well.
