I'm thinking Hot Oat Cereal may not be for me. I felt so bloated this morning after breakfast. On the other hand it could have been the slice of wholemeal toast from yesterday causing the bloating.

I think from now on i'll just introduce one new food item per week. That way i'll know what's causing the problem.

This afternoon I was slightly constipated and now this evening i've got a headache and a runny tummy! (TMI) Early night methinks.
