My Thanksgiving dinner was delicious, but so so much work. I still have another big meal to cook for family on Sunday, but that will be much easier. I have leftover side dishes from yesterday and I am broiling steaks, so it won't be that big a deal to do.
But I really truly did not feel well last night or even this morning -- and then my system did one of its clean-outs, and I realized I must have eaten something wrong yesterday. The only thing I can figure out is that I drank a small glass -- maybe 2/3 cup -- of hard apple cider, and since apples are not FODMAP safe, maybe that was enough to do it to me. I know that the cider was no-added-sulfites, but it was still apples. I guess I won't do that again!
Oh well.. guess it's water and lemonade for me forever.
