As of today I am introducing an elective 20grams of carbs to use on wholemeal bread, starchy veg, fruit or porridge as and when I choose. It will be interesting to see how it affects my weight loss. I have no doubt it will slow down the day-to-day loss but my overall loss should improve due to fewer slip-ups. Here's hoping.
