Can't believe I completed my first week of PMSF Protein Modified Sparring Fast 4 days done tonight. Eating 4 meals of 30 grams was so hard to do. Feeling so full on protein and 😱 OMG!!! and loosing weight so fast is mind blowing. Loving the fact I'm not starving I know I've found something at last 🥰
