Yesterday at work I think I was getting tired of munching on turkey jerky and had the thought of why do I even want to keep restricting my diet? Constantly having to keep track of everything I eat. How I really wanted cheese cake topped with tons of cherries. Luckily I just ate some chocolate covered coffee beans and stayed at my 1700 cal intake. Not every day is a good day. Today I walked it was beautiful. Saw two white tail deer and not as discouraged. Still looking at the cheesecake in my freezer tho.
