Oatmeal and banana breakfast.... 1/2 cup Quaker Oats, Almond Milk unsweetened, Banana & Blueberries. Good standby for me I am a carb junkie and this is a better choice. I eat oatmeal about twice a week. I workout heavy and need a bit of extra fuel from the carbs on days I lift extra heavy or double up on workouts. I can tell a difference! Lovely pics!👍💜
