Nope, still haven't lost anything this week - maybe 1/4 lb but it's hard to tell. Really feeling down so I'm splurging on my chocolate oatmeal for breakfast, but will TRY to stay within calorie range the rest of the day. One bright spot is, my body fat % is down a smidge, as is the waistline. I guess that's something.
My hubby bought me an early birthday gift, an AmazFit watch. It's Amazon's version of a Fitbit, and I'd been looking at it for some time now. I'm wearing it right now, can't wait to try it out in the gym! Have a great Friday everyone!
