Documenting my efforts once again. I will weigh in tomorrow.
At the gym by 5 am. Walked in the pool for 40 minutes straight. A bit too much I think, as my whole body is sore. Feeling a bit tired because of the hours.
Striving to be in some type of walking shape by Christmas time.
