1 cup GF pancake mix or flour (I had a GF one from TJs)
1 mashed banana
1 cup oat milk
3 tbsp Flax meal mixed with 1-2 tbsp water (till it has an eggy texture)
1 tsp cinnamon, pump kin spice, 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Combine flour & oat milk. And banana, then flax meal mixture. Pour into equal parts. I actually made theses in the air fryer in that silicone egg mold, for about 18 mins @ 350!
