Finally beat my inner SAU and went back to the gym after almost a month of not going. 70 minute cardio workout and 400 calories burned. I feel so much better now and hope that i crack these 200 pounds in a few days.

I always feel better when I work out. This week has been busy and I haven't had the chance to do more than walk every day. I can't wait til the weekend and next week when I start my cardio back up again.
