Been busy the last couple weeks. Haven't had time to really concentrate on what I'm eating. So, bring almost the same actually makes me happy. Glad I haven't really gained. Gonna get back on the horse. It's just hard when you're feeling sick all the time, and not a lot of things sound good. :/
But I'm gonna try. I have kept up eating a lot of fruit and veggies. However, I let pop sneak back in my life. Gotta make myself leave it alone! Goals for today--no pop, increase water, lots of fruit and veggies.
