Have you tried Calm magnesium citrate? I used to buy the containers of flavored powders (like lemon, cherry, orange) and it can really help. The gummies didn't work for me as well as the powder which I mixed with warm water

I take the other magnesium for sleeping but should look into these as well, thanks for the suggestion!
