Been really staying away from processed sugar. My pain has been off the charts.. food has been hard to eat. I’m making sure to have a full plate of something a day and at least two protein drinks. I also had some yogurt with a bit of seeds and nuts with jello .. high pain days are really hard on me all around. Anyone else suffer from chronic pain? I have a treadmill coming in on Friday. Going to start slowly. If anyone is walking a lot for the next year can we be friends on here.
