kaylinrenne, I know you are into crossfit type training/workouts, so the PF 360 area might be something you will enjoy. A group of us use that area as a makeshift cross fit area periodically.

sherman i used to do classes with the gym's trainer in that area. but i hated that she gave 1 routine monthly. good learning experience though and i will still be going to crossfit. i like the circuit room but want to learn to lift. the normal gym way not the crossfit way
