Had a great day so far. I had worked out quite a bit today. I was specific on what body part, I just done it. I'm glad that I'm able to get on the floor and do crunches, bicycle kicks, and sit ups and planks. Before I couldn't do that. I also worked on my chest, arms, and back too along with some leg workouts. I think that I can keep this up and do more of it. I'm currently training my body for bodybuilding. Are there any tips that you bodybuilders have on here? I am in the cutting stage.
