i prefer to make my meals, I love the recipes that people share. now according to my BMI i am supposed to take in 2100 Calories per day, I am trying, but my average is 1100.. I am full.. after about 300-400 calories per meal. I folliw a metabolic confusion system. it works, but i am also trying to increase my Caloric intake, without the added fat and carbs.. any suggestions??
