Just remember that it's the same as eating and drinking poison, the cravings will pass. Eat a handful of almonds instead.

When I have strong cravings, I tackle one of those household projects that I always put off, such as: Clean out a closet or kitchen drawer and put EVERYTHING where it belongs. Take a box of donation items to your local thrift store. Launder all the curtains, including ironing if needed.
In other words, keep busy!

I heard Pepsi Zero does not have aspartame. I am addicted to Diet Coke. I know it is bad for you but better than the sugar. Good luck.

Try a granola bar and a lipton tea but pour half out and mix with water

Trick your tastebuds and eat something really sour like a pickle. Also, try eating some protein, maybe a cheese stick or a few nuts.

Thanks everyone. I made it thru without having one. I'm proud of myself for not giving in. Lol I even thought just one sip that will be ok and throw the rest away. But I didn't. Couldn't spend $2 take a sip and trash it lol.

I switched to stevia as my sweetener of choice, and make quickie lemonade with a bottle of juice (couple squirts), stevia, water and a couple ice cubes.
or gum...sugar free.
