I didn't do a workout today. I feel totally bummed. I spent the day reading my book, and it's a big book to read. I guess you really don't need to workout every day. I suppose I could workout four days a week for a start.
I ordered a dial scale and it should come on Sunday. I guess I will wait 'til the end of the third month and hopefully I would've lost some weight by then. I'm trying not to weigh in as often. I had a bad habit of that. And my goal is to weigh in every three months. So, in February is when I'll weigh in next. Hopefully I would've lost some weight by then.
