welll, today is a win in my book from the steep downhill I have tumbled, almost gaining 10lbs from my lowest in 2 weeks, def easier to put on than come off, but yes today is a win, by walking by my sons fresh mini bagel still warm with butter he decided he didn't want anymore, so I stared at it thinking he might eat it, and I threw it out, and at work there was leftover pizza and I was hungry, instead of eating a slice I took the toppings off a slice and ate it, so those are 2 huge wins for me.
oh! almost forgot! no energy drinks or diet soda today as well! sweet!
