I had my CAC scan today. The last one I had was about 4 years ago. It was zero. My cholesterol is off the charts, and that's ok cuz i have low inflammation on ketovore and a zero score. My new CAC once again is Zero 🥳. It was 8:30 and thought, hey its black Friday. I'm going shopping. So I decided to try on some pants to get an idea of what size I am. 🤔 I'm an 8 Pettit. I'm 5'3. These pants were too long, so I found them in the shortie section in my size. They were only $20 for nice stretchy jeans 👖. I think they should fit me through the next few months. I have another box of clothes that should fit me on my way to my goal. it feels nice to put something on and not be grossed out. yeah. Happy Thanksgiving weekend all!
