I just finished cooking my meal for tomorrow 2 hours ago. I am soooo tired. I have poor executive function. Easy things are usually what I make, but tomorrow is a holiday. I am going to be resting probably the rest of the day. All the cooking takes a lot out of me. I am on the autism spectrum, level 1. Ideas to make cooking easier would be appreciated.
