Back from my work trip this past week. It was somewhat exhausting because of logistics.

I put in a ton of steps but not a lot of workouts obviously due to being off my regular schedule. I still have lots to master during trips but I am so proud of how well I did with my food intake. I listened to my body and recognized when I was anxious eating or drinking a lot more easily. It didn’t always stop me from doing it but being aware was a huge improvement for me.

Can’t wait to get my routine back in motion although my husband is going to be working graveyards again so I’ll be switching it up a bit.
