Made a healthy smoothie for breakfast and set aside ingredients for three more smoothies in Tupperware. Then went for a four mile run. Lunch was oatmeal followed by carrots with hummus. I’m getting my health back on track after burnout from excessive work and wedding planning. I’m very happy we’re finally married, but still getting used to the stress of being back at work after two weeks off for a fun wedding and honeymoon. One of our running stores is going out of business to merge with the other so I’m going to go check out their clearance this weekend. Have a good and healthy day, fs friends!

It is hard to get back into the routine of work when you have been off! I always have something planned so that I can be thinking about my time off! I like to prep little ziplock bags with banana, berries and spinach that I can take out of the freezer and mix with protein powder & almond milk.
