That's dinner... never did get around to Lunch... or breakie... ooops. Believe it or don't, under that secret H/M BBQ sauce, is 3 different types of secret spice rubs... I do know one should resemble a Pork Hot Dog, with BBQ Sauce... kinda mixing what I know about Sausage spicing, along with other Cuisine Spice Mixes... Plenty on the platter, and lots more for the freezer! Yummy

I have no idea how to mix a rub. All the recipes say use your favorite but there are 1000s of them. That looks so amazing. I drove by this corner that usually had a guy and his smoker. I was going to get some but he wasn't there last weekend. Booohooo.

@Jenjabba... a start with a base of salt, pepper, Garlic and Onion Powder. I can go as simple as adding some more Garlic Powder and some Ginger Powder, to using up to 10 spices to get the under/base-flavour I want. Then ya make the glaze to suite, for that it's Ketchup, Soy Sauce, honey/golden syrup base, then add wha it needs to go in the direction of the ribs... for Garlic Ginger I will add some Chinese Vinegar to give it a more S&S taste... Texmex/Indian spicing I will use some Chili Sauce to flavour the glaze. I make a wicked Tandoori Rib with spicy hot glaze.
