Heather, calories were around 475 and sodium is basically up to you, I use soy sauce and Sriracha in the dressing and to marinade the boiled egg (like ramen eggs). otherwise everything is just raw or steamed vegetables so basically no salt. The dressing is just natural peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce and maple syrup to taste.
