My workout was walking. I had gone walking around the house, although I didn't want to. It's really cold outside, and I was bundled up. I don't like the cold, but at least it wasn't raining or snowing outside yet.
I had spent the morning working on vegetarian recipes in my journal. It's coming along so far. I hope that I could eventually get it filled, and it would really help me decided on what to eat for dinner at least.
I also did a walking DVD and I went riding on the spin bike. I think that I should do the spin bike more often to try to lose weight. Not just that, but also strengthen the muscles in my legs and abs.
