Well my mother came for a visit and wanted to go eat Chinese.... of course I said yes with no hesitation and we had a wonderful mother daughter day out. We also did more walking than I realizes so that makes up for some of my bad eats on the 16th. I did loose another pound this week after staying the same last week. Sure glad the scales are moving again.

Well done on the weight loss,I wont get weighed til next week when I go to the obesity clinicI feel positive about going as I had gained 6 lb last appt,6 weeks ago but I know I've lost this time.
