Yesterday I rode my char bike D2 for 1:30 which i have increased each time by alittle but now on D3 I’m to sore to due anything 😱who would have thought that barely 4 minutes of chair bike riding would have made me feel so bad!!! I guess I’ll take a few days off to recover 🤪
