Question: Does anyone count calories of their supplements?
I count calories in my protein powder, but I also take a handful of vitamins, minerals, and herbs in the morning and evening. Should I be logging these?
I haven't worried about it, because I usually have some calories left at the end of the day, and I doubt my supplements are more calories than I have left over.
Thoughts? Ideas? Experience? tia!

Yes if it has calories. For example Omega-3. Has both calorie count and total fat count.

When I was counting calories, I would have counted those with calories. I got so tired of counting and writing I'm not counting right now but have severely limited wine, dessert and bread products for now.

I don't take gummy vitamins, because they are sweet and I aim for very low carbs. And I eat fish regularly, so usually don't need E vitamins. No need to track minerals and herbs.
