Finally back to normal after trying to help our Aunt...Sadly she refused anyones help and will be on her own not thinking clearly... Nothing we can do about it..we have tried everything... Now we focus on an upcoming trip to our Sons wedding in SC..Its a beautiful place, I hope its not too cold by the time we go..I havent worked on my diet or workouts...its past time to get it together... I'm going to share our Great Gradsons pic..his name is Wyatt..lol He's almost 1 yr old Happy Fall!
