No weigh in today because it was an early, hectic morning.

Update on last weeks goals:
*Drink more water aka finish my 40oz cup 2x but its hard to measure because I fill it with ice. Drank more last week but didnt hit my goal.

*Move intentionally for 15 mins a day - Didnt move every day, but more than I have been so thats a win.

*Bring lunch every day - I ordered lunch once because of a meeting so that doesnt really count because it was out of my control, I chose something thats fitting in my goals, and I didnt pay for it. Im trying to control what I eat, but also watch how much I spend. Tonight I will precook some oatmeal and some pork (not together) to have for the rest of the week.

*Log food - meh. Did OK through the week but not at all on the weekend.

I have the same goals this week.
