I feel you. I found out the 1st of August I was losing my job. Had to work the entire month knowing I was leaving and trying to prep my team for my absence. I completely stopped working out, but I kept tracking calories! So I continued to lose, but I lost all the hard work I'd done since March. 😪 But this is a new week! back in the gym. w What can be gained and lost once can be gained again! #OnwardAndUpward
